- Create: Make a quick video, photo, meme, or text post based on the theme.
- Post & Tag: Share it on your social media and tag our official account.
- Win: Earn points, get featured on our pages, and track your score!

At the end of the 3 months, the top 3 interns with the highest points win the grand prizes.
We will also hand out special recognition awards like Most Creative, Funniest Intern, LinkedIn Warrior, and Remote Work Survivor.

- 0–20 Points: Intern Mode 🟩
- 21–40 Points: Remote Worker 🟨
- 41–60 Points: Corporate Survivor 🟧
- 61–80 Points: NextGen Legend 🟦
- 81+ Points: CEO Material 👑
